The provision of arbitrage opportunities ("Service") is provided to you ("User") by Sports Arbitrage World ("Provider") for a contracted period of time ("Service Period").
The Provider can in no way be held responsible for any losses or consequential losses arising from the use of this Service.
Our Service may display potential palpable errors. These bets may be voided by the relevant bookmaker. Please check bets advised by our Service before placing the bet in case the odds have changed since the original alert or there has been a scanning error.
Where bookmaker settlement rules vary we offer arbs between bookmakers with compatible settlement rules. These rules are subject to change and we may exceptionally offer an arb where there has been a very recent rule change that may result in losses up to a maximum of the losing stake.
There may be interruptions to the service due to technical reasons beyond the Provider's control. If no Service is available for a period of more than 12 continuous hours, the User's Service Period will be extended by one day and for every day this interruption to Service continues.
The User may not sell, or pass on in any way, to any person or persons, any information supplied by the Provider. The information provided by the Provider can only be used to place bets with established bookmakers or betting exchanges.
The Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, the Service at any time if the Provider decides at its sole discretion that you have breached the Terms of Service or you have engaged in conduct that the Provider considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

SPORTS ARBITRAGE WORLD CONTENT

All material on the Sites including, without limitation, any text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio or video materials (the "Content") belongs to Sports Arbitrage World. You may retrieve and display Content from the Sites on a computer screen, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them) and store such pages in electronic form on disk (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) for your personal, non-commercial use.

Sports Arbitrage World does not endorse and has no control over the content of Messages submitted by others to Fora. Messages submitted to Fora are not necessarily reviewed by Sports Arbitrage World prior to posting and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Sports Arbitrage World. LIMITATION ON DAMAGES; EXCLUSIVE REMEDY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect.
